HR Manager

MaLisa Williams joins the HR team as a Human Resources Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in human resources and payroll management within the non-profit and higher education sectors. In her most recent role, she managed timekeeping inquiries, resolved complex payroll discrepancies, and ensured compliance across multiple sites. She is also experienced in developing and delivering training programs to help employees and managers navigate payroll processes and policies effectively.

Beyond payroll, MaLisa’s expertise includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. She has a strong background in project and risk management and is dedicated to advancing HR best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

MaLisa holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and is certified as both a SHRM-CP and PHR. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, volunteering, and following NFL football (Cowboys Fan).
