As a professor, I am honored to help students reach their full potential, their goals, and ultimately obtain their diploma. Knowing that I have been a part of making students’ dreams come true is something I love being a part of and one of the main reasons I fulfilled my own dreams of becoming a teacher. As I tell my students, “Your success is my success”.
Professor Mowen grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. Mowen has three grown children and eight grandchildren ranging from 19 – 7. She and her wife of 18 years also have 3 “fur babies” (Labrador Retrievers) living with them. Mrs. Mowen, when not teaching, can be found at her “happy place” on the golf course.
Professor Mowen teaches Business Mathematics, College Mathematics and Accounting.
