Pierce Mortuary Colleges offers Virtual Open Houses throughout the quarter to help students with the admissions process.
Each Virtual Open House will discuss the process to become accepted and begin classes.
In order to help our students feel as prepared as possible there is also a focus topic for each Virtual Open House.
These focus topics are listed below along with the date that the student can join the meeting to learn more.
Getting Started: Welcome to (School Name)! How to get started with admission and what to expect.
Financial Aid & Accounting: Information about Financial Aid, doing your FAFSA, Award Letters, and more.
Program and Grad Requirements: Let’s review how the program is organized and the required hands-on lab work you will complete.
Licensing Requirements: Make sure you understand the requirements of your state and how to get licensed.
Orbund: Orbund is the software you will use to see your attendance, grades, and transcripts.
Blackboard: A virtual tour of Blackboard and how to access your classes and coursework.
